Free standard shipping on all orders from Italy.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed.

Once your order has been completed and transfered to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.

 

DELIVERY ZONES

Vinculum ships to following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, continental USA and to Canada*.

 

*Please note we are currently unable to ship to Reunion Island, Guadeloupe Island, Canary Islands, Funchal Island, Cyprus, and Malta.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Obviously, we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new Vinculum perfume. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 14 days by following the procedure outlined below.

The products must be returned to the address indicated below in their original condition sealed, accompanied by the original delivery note and the completed return form.

Attention, the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer the possibility of return or exchange of products purchased on the site www.vinculumperfumes.com at our pop up stores or physical points of sale.

WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?

The amount refunded to your card will be the price of the items.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control.

Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.
